On January 29, at Andule’s restaurant in El Paso, the Spur 601 Team celebrated the start of construction and 50% design completion. Margaritas, beer and other adult beverages toasted a most successful and promising beginning of the Inner Loop project. Over 100 guests were treated to a fantastic Mexican buffet; and, as the pictures below illustrate, lots of good cheer and camaraderie. Even brief remarks by Project Manager Bill Mahrer, Design Manager Mindy Steckmest, Magic Man Bill Burnett and Jon Abrams could not put a damper on the evening. It’s all about momentum!
