On October 23, 2010 The Annual J.D. Abrams Management Conference was held in El Paso, TX. All areas united to discuss construction industry issues and the future of the economy. Participants learned about the programs and services that J.D. Abrams has to offer it's employee owners including new safety initatives, training, 401K information, ESOP opportunities, wellness programs and insurance benefits. Employees were briefed about current projects progression, Austin PreStressed operations and day to day business of Trans Mountain Equipment Company. Safety as always was a focus and a new safety initiative reward program was introduced.
