The J.D. Abrams flag was displayed with pride as it flew high off the windy Texas coast. South Padre Island is where The 2007 AGC Administrative Conference was held on July 26-28th. The Sheraton Beach Hotel provided great accommodations for the participating members and their guests. Located on the edge of the water, it allowed access to the sandy shoreline and the activities offered by local tourist attractions and the natural surroundings.
During the meetings, employees of J.D. Abrams, L.P. learned valuable information to help us to continue to be successful in the construction industry. Knowledgeable guest speakers gave insight to the many changes that affect our line of work. It turned out to be a learning experience to help Abrams stay on the cutting edge of innovative technologies, new policies and revised processes. It also gave our employees the opportunity to interact and associate with individuals from several other companies within the same industry and the ability to use those resources and connections in the future. It proved to be an informative and educational experience.
